1. What Delta Binder Is

Delta Binder is a card collection app for organizing owned cards, bulk storage, binders, displays, imports, and related collection data. Some features may work without an account on the web, while other features require a signed-in account so your data can sync across devices and platforms.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must use Delta Binder in compliance with applicable law. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account. If you sign in using email, Google, or Apple, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep access to your account secure.

You may not impersonate another person, attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account, or use Delta Binder to interfere with the service or other users.

3. Your Collection Data

You retain ownership of the collection data, binder layouts, display layouts, imports, and other content you submit to Delta Binder. You give us permission to host, process, synchronize, back up, and display that content as needed to operate the service.

If Delta Binder offers sharing features, such as public binder sharing or links you send to friends, you are responsible for what you choose to share. Content you intentionally make public may be viewable by other people.

4. Imports and AI-Assisted Features

Delta Binder may offer CSV import, spreadsheet normalization, and AI-assisted parsing tools. These features are designed to help you format and organize your collection data, but they may produce incorrect, incomplete, or inconsistent results. You are responsible for reviewing imported data before relying on it.

When you use AI-assisted import features, the imported file contents, headers, rows, and related metadata may be transmitted to our service providers so the feature can work.

5. Free and Pro Features

Delta Binder may offer both free and paid plans. Free and Pro features may differ, and limits may apply to things like binder count, customization options, layouts, price tracking, or similar premium features.

If a paid subscription expires, we may limit access to premium-only features, but we do not intend to automatically delete existing user content solely because a subscription has ended.

6. Billing and Renewals

If you purchase a subscription through Apple, Google, Stripe, or another supported payment provider, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds may also be governed by that provider's terms and platform rules. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled.

You are responsible for managing your subscription through the platform or billing method you used to purchase it.

7. Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse the service, scrape it aggressively, or disrupt normal operation.
• Do not upload malicious files, abusive content, or content you do not have rights to use.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, bypass limits, or gain unauthorized access.
• Do not use Delta Binder to violate another person's rights or applicable law.

8. Availability and Changes

We may change, improve, suspend, or remove features at any time. We do not guarantee that Delta Binder will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

9. Third-Party Services

Delta Binder relies on third-party services for hosting, authentication, billing, AI processing, and related infrastructure. Your use of those integrated services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

10. Termination

You may stop using Delta Binder at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the service, create legal or security risk, or if we need to protect the service or other users.

11. Disclaimers

Delta Binder is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Collection data, price information, AI-assisted imports, and availability information may be delayed or inaccurate.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Delta Binder and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of the service.

13. Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the date at the top of this page and provide additional notice where appropriate.
