This Privacy Policy explains what information Delta Binder collects, how we use it, when we share it, and what choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use Delta Binder, we may collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information, such as your email address and authentication provider.
  • Profile information, such as display name, avatar URL, and preferences.
  • Collection data, including cards, quantities, binders, pages, displays, layouts, and related metadata.
  • Session and device information used to keep you signed in and secure your account.
  • Subscription and billing metadata, including provider, status, tier, and renewal dates.
  • Import data, such as CSV contents, file names, headers, and rows submitted through import tools.
  • Support or account communications you send to us.

2. How We Use Information

  • Provide, operate, and maintain Delta Binder.
  • Create and manage accounts, sessions, and sync across web and mobile.
  • Store and display your collection, binder, and display data.
  • Process imports, including AI-assisted import workflows.
  • Enforce free and Pro plan limits and subscription state.
  • Secure the service, prevent abuse, debug problems, and improve reliability.
  • Respond to support requests and communicate service-related updates.

3. AI-Assisted Import Processing

If you use AI-assisted import features, Delta Binder may send portions of your import file, including headers, rows, file name, and related structured content, to third-party processors that help interpret and normalize spreadsheet data.

We use this data only to provide the import feature and to return structured collection data to you. Because AI output can be imperfect, imported results should be reviewed.

4. When We Share Information

We may share information with service providers that help us operate Delta Binder, including providers for:

  • Hosting, databases, storage, and content delivery.
  • Authentication and session management.
  • Billing and subscription processing.
  • AI-assisted import and related data processing.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, or security of Delta Binder, our users, or others.

5. Public Sharing

If Delta Binder introduces or enables sharing features, content you intentionally make public, such as shared binders or public collection views, may be visible to other users or people with the link. Please use sharing features carefully.

6. Cookies, Sessions, and Similar Technologies

Delta Binder uses cookies and session technologies to keep you signed in, secure your account, remember settings, and support core product functionality. On the web, secure HTTP-only session cookies may be used for authenticated sessions.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain account state, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. The retention period can vary depending on the type of information and how you use Delta Binder.

8. Your Choices

  • You can manage and use Delta Binder through your account.
  • You can manage subscriptions through the platform or billing provider you used.
  • You can contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data, subject to applicable law.
  • You can decide what content to import and what content to share.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's Privacy

Delta Binder is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate legal basis or parental authorization where required.

11. International Processing

Your information may be processed in countries other than the one where you live, including in locations where our providers operate. By using Delta Binder, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in those locations.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the date at the top of this page and provide additional notice where appropriate.
